About 3 weeks ago my husband was sitting on the couch and felt like someone was staring at him. He opened up the front blinds to see a grey cat looking in our window. It was 12 degrees outside so my husband let the cat inside. I was at Target when all this happened, and he called me to tell me to get cat food too. Uhhh...What???? I am seriously the anti-cat person. Never liked them in my life. Cats run at the sight of me. They hate me. It is mutual.
Well, for the people who have no idea about cats, guess what???
She had 3 kittens under my oldest son's bed, on top of his Pottery Barn Comforter. She pulled it off and dragged that sucker under his bed. Let's just say this is a great excuse to go shopping.... That baby went in the trash immediately.
Aren't these just the cutest things in the world? I have no idea what I am doing, but I feel like the proudest Mommy in the world. I seriously love this stray cat now. She is amazing to pop out 3 babies, take care of them all day, and give them so much love. It is amazing to watch!
Oh my gosh... I gasped when I read "Pottery Barn comforter". I'm not a cat person... but they are awfully cute and fluffy!

ReplyDeleteI also thought I wasn't a cat person until my husband decided to get one. I fell in love. She was my baby until my real baby was born. She was a sweetie. Have fun with them.
ReplyDeleteI totally forgot about your old post on fonts and clip-art until you responded on my post today. I need to go back to that and re-read it. Question: Does the Lettering Delights restriction apply to sharing pdf's on Blogger for free too? I get that impression, but I'm not sure if I'm just reading too much into it. Does it only apply to derivative works that you sell or everything? I'd be happy to share my unsellables if it's permitted, ya know? :) I know you're the resident expert on school law, so I thought I'd pick your brain!
ReplyDelete:) I am pretty sure(as I read it) you can share as long as it is in pdf form with just a basic purchase. That means that people cannot take their graphics and be able to copy and paste like in a powerpoint or doc. I always buy the commercial lic. which is a little more expensive, just to be safe. When you do this, you don't even have to give the company credit for the graphics. I think at LD, you pay about $13.00 and you can make up to $1000 on a graphic, and then you have to purchase it again. Not bad. I know DJ inkers just recently changed their policy and will let teachers share as long as it is in pdf form. You CANNOT resale DJINKERS items at any cost. I am so scared to get a law suit or in trouble.

When I saw my pet cats are playing together. I feel a bond and love among them. That moment is really interesting. I become worried when I think about their health because they can’t tell that. They also have health problems and need care. Taking proper care of them is our responsible. Know how to take care of cat.
