You are doing fantastic for just being a "beginner" - ha! I don't think you qualify as just a beginner by any means. I think using the fill like on Monster 1's eyes and monster 3's entire body add a good amount of depth. Nice work! -Leslie
Thanks everyone! I currently am using Photoshop (CS5), but I am taking an Adobe Illustrator class and learning how to use vectors and all the fancy stuff for drawing. :) I think I may do a post about my journey in graphics!
I love these! I read this post the other day.... and what do ya know?? Approx. two days later I found myself with a need for some cutesy monsters!! I'm including one of these little guys on my next post. I'll link back to this, so everyone can check out your wonderful blog and clipart! :)

I love teaching! I have taught 13 years of Kindergarten, 4 years of first grade, 2 years of 6th grade (YUCK), Title 1 Reading, and now I am back in a Kindergarten classroom! Wooo Hooo! I have spent most of my time teaching in the inner city of Tampa, Florida and moved to West Virginia, where I am teaching in another inner city school. I wrote a book titled 101 Things Every Kindergartener Should Know About Phonics.
I also teach yoga, love to create anything (paint, refinish furniture, sew), am a mother to two wonderful boys (5 and 8) and a wife. I love to learn, so I am not sure what is on my list to do next!
SOoo CUTE! I LOVE THEM!
